The project should have four phases: Introduction, Supply-chain, Information Systems, and Recommendations. The introductory phase will focus on the organization itself its history, Mission, and Vision statement as well as a bit about its strategy. The Supply-chain phase should focus on the supply-chain of the business. The third phase should focus on the Information system used by the business.
