The second candidate's performance was good, but her lecture was less engaging than the first candidates lecture. The third candidate's performance was the worst; unlike the other two candidates, she did not get the students actively involved in class, and her lecture was no better than that of the second candidate. The psychology faculty also 3. have additional information about the third candidate. She taught two classes at this college while she was in graduate school, and the psychology faculty have the student ratings from these classes. The student ratings for each of her classes are excellent. Which candidate should the psychology faculty choose? Why?

I was thinking we would go with the last presenter considering the staff may not want to choose someone based off single case evidence. Then again, it is obvious the first presenter did the best out of them.
