The purpose of this activity is to use a literature matrix to explore potential organizational leadership frameworks that relate to a real-life business problem related to leadership, information systems, and marketing. Frameworks can give structure and more context to a problem that anchors and justifies the purpose of the project. Without a clear, documented framework, it may be challenging to understand the relationship between the theoretical or conceptual constructs of a business problem.
