The two (2) presentation topics or scenarios listed below for your audience analysis. You are only analyzing the audience for these scenarios, not preparing the presentation - but imagine you are the qualified person who will be giving the presentation.
Please read the scenarios carefully there are clues to help you identify the primary audience. (Please note that you are doing one paper containing two separate audience analysis exercises in this assignment so complete the analysis for one scenario, then do the second scenario be sure to refer to the letter notation of your scenario.

You will complete the analysis for the first scenario, and then you will begin the second scenario audience analysis. For example, The second scenario I will analyze from the list of choices is c. This is still one paper containing the analysis of two scenarios.
Presentation Scenario Choices (pick 2) Ask yourself Who is the audience? Who is the credible presenter?
a. A presentation to help inform parents of the criteria to use when deciding whether their young children should attend private or public school or be homeschooled.
b. A presentation about whether employees should be allowed to use computers in a work environment for anything other than work-related business.
Details for writing the paper:
1. In the introduction of your paper, explain why audience analysis is important when planning a presentation.
2. In the body of your paper, identify the first scenario you have chosen then, you can copy and paste or type the guiding questions below (without the full explanation) into your paper and write your responses underneath.
(Complete one scenario, then complete the second do not mix the two). Your analysis should include responses to the questions below, including a rationale (the why) for your answers. If a question is not relevant to the scenario, say so and explain why.
