The purpose of this assignment is for you to provide your personal view as to the most valuableaspects of the guidance provided in the Justice Sector Assessments Handbook by Reiling, Hammergren and Di Giovanni (the Handbook).

You are asked to:

Make a one page, two column list of 10 sections of the Handbook which you believe are fundamental to the organization and carrying out any kind of rule of law assessment. In the first column describe or cite the selected section. In the second column describe in not more than 10 words why that section is important.
