You will be interviewing a manager/leader from your organization (FedEx Ground) in Canada, Ontario. as part of your analysis. you are going to work on three chapters from your book (Richard Daft, (2018) The Leadership Experience, 7th Edition, Cengage Learning Inc.). These chapters are Motivation and Empowerment (Ch. 8), Chapter 10: Leading Teams, and Chapter 12: Leadership Power and Influence.
You Created questions that you will ask at your interview to help you uncover how this particular organization deals with these chapters on your book.

A report will have the following key elements (Solve the following):
1) Introduction - Think of this as the roadmap for the reader (me). "In this report we will first provide background on the company we chose, the individual we interviewed, and their role in the organization. Next, we will examine how the company approaches reward & recognition, teamwork, etc. etc." Set the stage so the reader knows what to expect. (Six Paragraphs)
2) Background - Provide background on the company and who you chose to interview. What is their management/leadership role? How long have they been with the company? Provide anything that will help the reader understand the context.(Six Paragraphs)
