The purpose of this assignment is to assess Course Outcome #2 (Analyze needs assessment data distinguishing between training and non-training solutions) and Course Outcome #3 (Present professional-quality needs assessment results and recommendations to a client.) You will integrate what you have learned in this course, working with your team to write a final Needs Assessment Report for a fictitious (but realistic) organization. The textbook chapter assigned in Module 7 should give you a good idea of what a needs assessment report should look like.

Assume that your team has been hired to do a training needs assessment, and you're going to need to write a report for the organization summarizing your findings. Your team's goal is to figure out what's causing the gaps between desired and actual performance at the Top of the Line Restaurant so that you can make recommendations (both training and non-training) for closing those gaps.
