of goods on electronic commerce transactions. The first category is online market place

such as Saamionline and Aboosto which is often used by online traders to market their

products. The second category refers to traders who prefer to work on their own using

other mediums like Instagram, blogs and more. Students are required to look into the

issues arising between the traders and buyers in the second category, evaluate them and

recommend better solutions to the parties.

REQUIREMENT:

2. Discuss the issue regarding the description of goods advertised online and the

actual goods received by the purchaser after an online purchase.

3. Discuss the issue regarding the defects on the goods received by the purchaser

after an online purchase.

5. Apply relevant principles to the issues by giving relevant illustrations.

6. Cite relevant cases to support the application.

7. Provide recommendations and conclusion based on the overall discussion.
