The purpose of this assignment is to evaluate your mastery of intermediate level CSS layout techniques.

This assignment is meant to be a challenge. You will not receive direct assistance from your professor or TA, and may not use the IT learning center for this challenge. There are several ways to accomplish this challenge; there isnt a set solution code.

Instructions

You will start with a "starter" HTML file. This gile contains only HTML and text, there is no CSS linked, embedded, or in-line. You must determine the what needs to be added to the HTML (sections, articles, divs, classes, IDs, etc) and what CSS needs to be configured to make the HTML file display as shown in the screenshot in the instructions file. Your CSS should be an external style sheet, please do not use inline or embedded styles. You may NOT recreate the page using an existing two column layout template. You are expected to modify the HTML file provided and craft your own CSS. All CSS must be your own work.
