An important conference co-sponsored by the US Post Office and the postal workers union is approaching, and you have been called upon to participate in a panel at this meeting. You must prepare a paper focusing on the future of labor relations in this country during the next 25 years. You can approach this from the viewpoint of a USPS administrator, the head of a large private organization, or a union official.
