The purpose of this assignment is to identify your organization's competitive advantage. The first step is to search terms such as key success factors or key performance indicators (KPI) for the industry in which your organization competes.

Using the key success factors, prepare an industry matrix using at least 2 competitors and 5 key success factors. In some cases, the organization may be competing in multiple industries. Pick one industry. Assess, to the best of your group's abilities and access to quick information, how each organization performs on each factor. I'm not so much looking for accuracy as I am for you to demonstrate that you understand what the industry matrix is and how it can be used to determine competitive advantage.
