SITUATION:

Reflect on a project that you completed as a group in one of the SMC courses. Then, reflect on the $5$ steps of project management. Answer the following:

A$.$ Connect

Explain how some of these $5$ steps are CONNECTED to what you already know. In other words, upon reflection, which of these $5$ steps did you follow in your group project experience? You may not have followed all the steps. That's alright. Briefly explain the steps you did follow with examples from your experience.

B$.$ Extend

What new ideas did you get that EXTENDED or pushed your thinking in new directions? In other words, which of the $5$ steps did you miss applying in your group project? If you did apply them, how would the outcome be different?

C$.$ Challenge

What is still CHALLENGING or confusing for you to get your mind around? What questions, wonderings or tensions do you now have? These maybe major or minor challenges. Capture your challenges honestly in your written work. Preparation: Read the rubric; review $5$ steps of project management, refer to etext $($Ch$\mathrm{.}12)$ if needed. Find a partner and reflect on a past SMC group project.
