Step 1: Consider yourself an E-HR Vendor specializing in a new technology to improve HR process (s) in either one HR area or the overall HR of organizations. You will present this part in a 12-15 mins presentation with creative visual aids to influence HR managers interested in buying a new technology to improve and digitalize their processes. You will select a topic based on new HR-related technology like Augmented Reality(AR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Neuroscience, Robotics, Digital Learning, Gamification, Metaverse, XR Technology etc.
The topic you present must be approved by your instructor by the date communicated.

It is recommended that you use a variety of sources, such as:
