The purpose of this paper is to compare two countries at different levels of economic development and or different healthcare systems and institutions and assess how well the institutions in those countries address the health needs of their populations, the extent to which there is equity in the provision of health care. The following information need to be included in the paper:

1. General introduction of the country in terms of geographic location, population, history, political system, economic development, and social setting in terms of diversity and age distribution.

2. The stage of epidemiological transition as well as demographic transition.

3. Major health problems that are prevalent in those countries.

4. Assessment of the size of the workforce in different categories such as doctors, nurses, and community health workers and the health care system in each of the countries, in terms of organization and facilities.

5. Access to health care in both rural and urban areas.

6. Financing of health care, both private and public and the availability of health insurance schemes.

7. Regulation of healthcare institutions and norms of professional practice and licensure.

8.Health outcomes in terms of longevity, trends, and prospects for the future.
