The purpose of this project is for the student to discuss the roles and responsibilities of leadership within the fire service. The presentation should provide an in-depth discussion of the major roles and responsibilities of fire services leadership. The student should also discuss the P-R-DIE Administrative Format and how it might be used for some of the more administrative leadership roles and responsibilities. Finally, students should present topics previously discussed such as the 3U Method
