The purpose of this research is to investigate the frequent flight delays on Malaysia Airlines' daily flights to Hyderabad have significantly reduced on$-$time performance which causes and consequences of frequent flight delays on Malaysia Airlines$$ daily flights to Hyderabad. The study will focus on analyzing the impact of flight delays on Malaysia Airlines$$ on$-$time performance and customer satisfaction. The study uses the On$-$Time Performance $($OTP$)$ measure, which is defined by the International Air Transport Association $($IATA$)$ as the percentage of flights that depart within $15$ minutes of their scheduled departure time. The study finds that frequent flight delays have a significant negative impact on OTP, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The research will be conducted using a mixed$-$methods approach, which will include both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. The study will involve collecting data from various sources, including Malaysia Airlines$$ flight records, customer feedback, and industry reports. The findings of this research will provide valuable insights into the factors that contribute to flight delays and their impact on customer satisfaction.
