The question below is asking for a difference of means from 14 other questions based on a question (Q1.) that ranks frequency by day, 2-3 times per week, weekly, 2-3 times per month and once a month or less. The 14 other questions rank 1 like to 5 dislike things such as- is service fast enough, is hot food hot enough, are there enough choices of food, etc.. So, what type of ANOVA test would be appropriate? Do I measure a set of means by each frequency usage category and then make another test to compare the means of the 5 frequency categories?
