the question is highlighted in the picture,please understand that the status must also be $\text{'}$Y$\text{'}$ if password$\_$reset is $\text{'}$Y$\text{'}.$note that both are initially $\text{'}$N$\text{'}$ and can only update if the password reset was successful,no extra cases.And another thing,i want the function to update the agent password and updating the other tables's status separate or add the commit statements so that the oracle doenst lock it because of disctributed transaction.Last but not least,the email confirmation must be sent after the password reset is successful.pLease and thanks
