The ratio of mentors to student is listed as 80 to 120 students to a mentor, that to me is alarmingly high. How effective can a mentor be with caseloads that high. How are the mentors coping, and I would really like to learn from the students if the mentoring is effective, and if they have challenges that is beyond the mentors reach. I am heavy on the qualitative data. I am of the opinion that the qualitative data will provide the reason/reasons for the falling rate of passes. Do you agree
