2. Who gets into the university, and what should be the basis for allocating places in the university?
3. should the admission committee admit based on that list, or even then, with the broadened test of who is qualified and who holds promise? Should people who come lower on the list be given an advantage if they come from a poor background?
4. should that be the decisive factor in admission, or should class background also count?
5. And why is it valuable to have diverse people from different nations and states in the classroom or the university?

7. when you say it is discrimination, are you also suggesting that it is unfair to the professionally qualified applicants who are not offered a place so that their preferences can be given?
