The government then allows interstate travel starting 11 October 2021 to show their effort in boosting the tourism industry (New Straits Times, 2021). In this study, we will be focusing on the satisfaction of travel experience among visitors in Kuala Lumpur when the interstate travel is allowed by government during Covid-19 pandemic. PROBLEM STATEMENT According to New Straits Times (2021), the roads in Kuala Lumpur are starting to get crowded with cars, with shopping malls and other attractions are getting crammed as well. While this is a good thing since people are getting used to the pandemic, the satisfaction level of visitors are affected since people mostly will be unsatisfied with the congested city . METHODOLOGY For this study, the respondents will be among visitors who have travelled to Kuala Lumpur for the purpose of practicing tourism activities. The respondents must have used the tourism facilities and services across Kuala Lumpur, and also have experienced the traffic flow of Kuala Lumpur while visiting. Data will be collected by distributing online survey through Google Form. The survey will be distributed using convenience sampling method, which the survey will be given to the visitors who are known by the researcher who travel to Kuala Lumpur for tourism purposes. Snowball sampling method also will be used by allowing the respondents to distribute the survey to the people they know. This study will be adopting the quantitative method using 5-point Likert scale. Data of this study will be analysed by using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) system.Data will be collected by distributing online survey through Google Form. The survey will be distributed using convenience sampling method, which the surveyr will be given to the visitors who are known by the researcher who travel to Kuala Lumpur for tourism purposes.
