Paradise company budgets on an annual basis for its fiscal year. The following beginning and ending inventory levels (in units), are planned for the fiscal year of July 1st, year 1 through June 30th, year 2. Raw Material * 40,000 50,000 Work in Process 10,000 20,000 Finished Goods 80,000 50,000 *2 units of raw materials are required for each unit. The answer is 1,010,000. I need a list of the calculations needed to get this answer, no real explanation necessary. If 500,000 units are to be manufactured during year 2, the units of raw materials needed to be purchased are...? Answer should be 1010000 units, but I don't understand how they got there
