The radio station Caliconducted a brand new promotion where the winner would receive two free tickets to all cali concerts for two years. In order to win the competition, listeners had to search for and find a cali employee, Pauline, who was traveling around town dressed in a Black. Pauline would periodically call in to the radio station and provide hints as to her current location.
