Once you have read the articles and done some research, discuss whether or not the attorney should have been able to sue his employer and of the following torts (Sexual harassment, failure to pay wages, retaliation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, breach of contract, constructive termination) which do you think are the most applicable in this case? Should any of these causes of action be barred under any of the employment law theories we have learned thus far?
