The real question is why would someone sign a contract without reading and then ask to be let out of the contract because they did not know what they were signing? This just does not make sense and flies in the face of all common sense. The law clearly reflects this position. Do the elements of a contract include mutuality and understanding? If that is the case, then how can a person be held to a contract they did not read? What is the purpose of signing a contract
