The reason for this email is to start helping the community and help people to be more open-minded by doing voluntary community service. Once, I participated in community service and volunteered at Fauna and Flora that was in charge of painting trees around the community. My civic engagement impacted my identity because not only was I helping, but also making an impact on our cultural and environmental society. These activities helped me to have a voice and to develop a community support system. These activities helped me to become aware of the importance of maintaining a healthy environment and that more people should do something about it to take care of the environment.
