The Reflection Phase in Action Research

The reflection phase is the substrate for the generation of knowledge during a cycle of action research. The What? So What? Now What? model is a powerful and easy way to remember how to move through this phase with your client. There are many resources on the Internet that review this model. Find and review several resources, and then provide a description of each of the following steps:

2. So what?
3. Now what?
