The Rent the Runway team performed three tests to see whether there was sufficient demand for their idea of founding a company that would rent designer dresses to young women:

1. A trunk show at Harvard where women could try the dresses before renting them.
2. A trunk show at Yale where women could see but not try the dresses before renting them.
3. Emailing PDFs with pictures of dresses that could be rented by phone to a sample of
   1,000 women.
4. Why didn't Rent the Runway begin directly with Test 3 (the PDF test)? 

Provide one example of a situation when the lean-startup tenet "launch early and often" cannot be applied or when there is little value in applying it. (One example in total is sufficient.)
