The researchers primarily employed Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses as their main statistical method to consolidate findings from numerous studies. The initial search yielded 2087 papers. After a preliminary review, 121 publications were deemed potentially suitable. Upon further scrutiny, 55 of these were examined in depth, and 39 of these met the necessary criteria for inclusion.
