The results of the correlational study on breakfast consumption and daily activity level, indicate that there are positive correlations in several measured confines of an individual activities level based on whether they consume a heavy breakfast, light breakfast or no breakfast. In line with The hypothesis, positive correlations were found between the amount of activities an individual part takes in and the type of breakfast intake
