The rising number of women entering the workforce has significantly affected leadership styles, practices, and corporate culture. This movement and the #MeToo wave have led to a reassessment of workplace dynamics and an advocacy for increased gender equality. Women had to fight for a very long time to obtain their rights in society. Despite facing significant challenges due to male supremacy, women succeeded in securing their rights in areas including political participation, housing, work, and education. Due to this, the number of women entering the workforce has surpassed that of men, which has resulted in changes to workplace culture, working hours, amenities, etc. To stop sexual harassment and discrimination, many businesses have implemented policies and training programs. They have also taken steps to ensure that staff members feel comfortable reporting any incidents that occur (Hill & Lynn, 2016)
