The Roller Derby trade association where you work is launching a new training certification program, Roller Derby Team Management.

 Grow the Roller Derby Team Management Certification into the number one qualification needed by any team manager for a successful career.

 

• Grow awareness of the program to 30% of all 2000 Roller Derby Association members within the first 3 months (March 31).
• Achieve registrations from 60 members (or 3% of membership) to take the first certification test (September 15).

Using this week's lesson guidelines, outline your strategies and tactics for one of the above objectives. Then comment on other students' strategies and tactics. Also, share if you think the goal and objectives are on target or need adjustment.
