The sacred heart is where we house all of our emotions, passions, desires, and the force of the will (Hying, 2022). It is where we are compassionate, transparent, and moved to make a difference. I do believe that you can have a scared heart and yet still be an effective leader. I would think that it would get a bad reputation as a doormat because no matter how many times people kick you down, you will constantly try to find something good about them. To me, it would coincide with having a servant leadership style because you would prioritize serving the greater good while remaining humble and not putting your own needs first.
