The scope of this project includes a restaurant depending on one main source, which is to take the leftover food from supermarkets, restaurants, or households and collect it in one place and then classify the food into usable and unusable food, then based on the usable food collected, a daily menu is created every day and dishes can be served in the restaurant. As for unusable food, it can be converted into fertilizer and used as nutrition for our university plants. For creating the fertilizer, there are two ways to create the fertilizer, the first way is to use an electric compost device which takes a few hours. The second way is to manually create the fertilizer by collecting food in a basket and leaving it for a month until it liquefies and creates the fertilizer.
