The scope of this study is limited to the Northern Area of Cebu specifically in Carmen, Catmon, Sogod, Borbon, Tabogon, Bogo, Medellin, Daan Bantayan, San Remegio, Tabuelan, Tuburan, Asturias, and Balamban. The accuracy of the collected information of data was presumed that there were no potential errors in the records. The data collected from the researchers are the following: a. Actual Sales 2019 only. b. Actual Sales 2020 only. c. Purchase Orders of the Outlets in the year 2020 only. d. Delivered Orders to the Outlets in the year 2020 only. e. Opportunity Loss for the Year 2020 and nothing follows. Moreover, the study is focused on the Improvements in reducing Unserved/Unmet Outlets Demand.
