The self-organizing team can provide a lot of benefits for a company in an increased sense of ownership and well-being of its members. However, with any approach like traditional and agile, there could also be adverse effects that hinder the success of the team overall. How can a self-organizing team overcome a traditional PM organization's risk areas that can jeopardize the team's effectiveness? Please research traditional project management/team dynamics to find common risk areas. Include examples of teams that have mitigated a traditional risk area in a way that stays true to the Agile self-organized team's goals of increased ownership and well-being of team members to deliver results.
