Now that the restrictions are easing, your organisation is taking the opportunity to rethink its HR strategy: should the company allow more flexible work arrangements as a long-term strategy? Your team conducted a large-scale tweet analysis to get the first feelings of employees World- wide. The unstructured findings are revealed in Appendix 1. From those and your own research process, write a research report to help your company make a decision.
