The site manager also examined how long it took to process each of the 25 orders and recorded the information in another spreadsheet file. (All times in the file are measured in minutes.) In this file, both the time of picking items for the order and the time for checkout and transporting the items to the staging area are provided. For example, it took an in-store shopper 27 minutes to finish shopping for the first order, and another 7 minutes for checkout the items and moving them to the staging area (let us ignore the time for the shopper to come back to the store). The total time for the shopper to process the first order is 27+7=34 minutes. Consistent with queueing terminologies, we will consider this duration (i.e., 34 minutes) as the service time for the first order. For the following question, please make use of the information on all orders in the spreadsheet file (instead of just the first order). What should be the manager's estimation of the average service rate of one shopper? Provide your answer in orders/hour. (in other words, on the average, how many orders can be shopped for and moved to the staging area by a shopper every hour?) Note: 1 . Round your answer to 2 decimal places. 2. You do not need to fit a distribution to the data; instead, you may calculate the sample average of the service times first to find the service rate
