The Situation:

This year's crop of "Ugly Oranges" is the worst in a hundred years. Only one farm, owned by Farmer Mendoza, has successfully brought any "Ugly Oranges" to market.

Fax Mactor Cosmetics and Prescott Pharmaceuticals both need as many "Ugly Oranges" as they can get in order to produce their respective signature products.

Farmer Mendoza is well aware of the conflict between the two companies and will try to make as much profit as possible by playing the two corporations against each other.

There are only 100 000 "Ugly Oranges" available this season and they all come from Farmer Mendoza's farm.

The two corporations have decided to have negotiators try to come to some sort of deal in order to reduce costs and secure the oranges they need.
