The Small Publishing Company, with its dedicated team of twenty-five staff members, was experiencing a sudden vacuum as their Training Manager, after conducting a thorough needs analysis, resigned. With a critical role left vacant, the responsibility now fell on you to develop a comprehensive training programme to ensure the ongoing growth and development of the staff.

Recognizing the urgency and importance of this task, you immediately began by assessing the needs analysis report left by the departing Training Manager. The report highlighted various areas where skill enhancement and training were required across different departments, ranging from editorial skills to technological advancements in publishing software.
