The sovereignty of the state is the object of protection in the text of Article [2] Paragraph [7) of the United Nations Charter and human rights are among the main objectives of the United Nations, and therefore the protection of human rights should not play the role of a criterion in assessing the extent of the state's enjoyment of its sovereignty and internal jurisdiction and its restriction in its manifestations and implementation. The intervention cases are often not based on objective rules and differ in their objectives, content and extent in terms of objective and formal aspects from each other without highlighting the legal basis for them. In addition, the application of the rule of intervention to protect human rights in accordance with the provisions of Article 2, paragraph 7, presupposes procedures by the United Nations .agencies that meet all the elements required by law I examine the legal dimensions of the international protection of human rights over the state's sovereignty in light of all its legal and objective dimensions
