The Staff Medical Management Sysytems (SMMS) is a web based application under the UMP's E-Community portal. The user of the system would be UMP staff, its clinic's panel and the human resources department. All users required to login before access to the systems. The UMP's staff need to choose either her/himself or family dependents such as a wife or husband and children who need to get a treatment. The clinic panel will key in all the necessary information of treatment such as the treatment's type and cost. If the total treatment charge is more than the allowable cost (RM35 per patient for each visit), the systems will generate the notes and UMP's staff need to pay by themselves for the balance. The Human Resources (HR) staff can view all the records of visit and prepare an invoice for payment to the clinic panel. Staffs are also able to view the medical records and the display will be based on the entire visit that has been tracked. Your company has been awarded to develop this SMMS. Question 3.
