The statute of frauds provision under the UCC applies:

a. To contracts for the sale of goods less than $500.

b. To any contract for the sale of goods.

c. To contracts for the sale of goods to be delivered in more than one shipment.

d. To contracts for the sale of goods greater than or equal to $500.
