the steam is entering at 1750 lb/hr it goes through a coil at top of tank and condensates at bottom. the tank is filled with triglycerides with density 49.9 lb/ft^3 ans heat capacity 0.5258 btu/lb F. How does the changing trigyceride temperature effect the exit quality. now im thinking it doesnt because of 15 psi steam trap.
