The Stereophonic Strobe Light Company hires Marco to invent and test new strobe lights the likes of which the world has never seen. Marco injures his hand on the job and, while completing paperwork for his worker's compensation claim, Marco's health care provider inadvertently discloses Marco's family medical history, including that Marco's mother has photosensitive epilepsy. Stereophonic is concerned Marco's job will trigger Marco to have seizures. What can Stereophonic do to address this concern:
