The storage area of the P.D. George Company is presently filled to capacity with 25,000 items. The plant has recently increased its manufacturing capability by 100% and the finished goods inventory is expected to increase by the same ratio. Due to the features of the product line it is not advisable to stack the 15" x 25" x 12" cases more than 6 high without racks for support. The George Company does not use racks in the inventory area.
