The strategic plan will determine what specific jobs will be needed in the near future. The types of knowledge and skills required to meet the company's strategic goals must be considered when hiring for all positions. Certain positions may need to be redesigned in order to meet the new and changing needs of the company. When advertising jobs we will make job announcements with the specific criteria that is needed in the particular position in order to attract candidates with the desired qualifications and discourage unqualified candidates from applying. A training program for new employees will be developed including company orientation training and department specific training.
