INTRODUCTION

Investigate how the substance is used or created, ie Include specific tasks of how the substance is used and or what it is used for

What are the risks health effects, including any other risks to the environment, equipment, property, or buildings Include the potential routes of exposure.

Include any vulnerabilities, ie Workers that might be vulnerable why or why not and how

Rate the consequences of exposure extreme major, medium, minor and include the rationale for your rating.
