The student will prepare an litigation manual that describes the litigation process from beginning to end. The project should begin with the initial procedures dealing with a potential client. There should be an index and an introductory page explaining the contents of the manual and how to use the manual. The procedures and considerations for each step in the litigation process should be documented with one page per chapter beginning with the potential client addressed in Chapter 3 through the Post-trial practices in Chapter 16. Discovery should be limited to basic information presented in Chapter 8. 1. Chapter 3 - Preliminary Considerations and Procedures 2. Chapter 4 - Investigation and Evidence 3.
