Intrigued by this behavior (an really wanting to pet a mogwai), scientists set out to study the species to see if they could create less destructive gremlins. Now, everyone knows that if you get water on a mogwai, they multiply, and if you feed them after midnight, they turn into evil little creatures capable of great destruction.
